TIP: When people ask you about something, try to start use one sentence: What do you suggest? How would you solve this situation?
Not only you get gradually more time for your work, but also you will awake and/or support creativity, focus on problem solving and unequivocally increase independency on your staff. Do not look for complicated ways, always try this simple principle!
