Course: HOW TO SPOT PRODUCTIVE PEOPLE
Step: Wins From The Training
Location: Ancona - Italy.
Date: 07 of January 2019
What a highly valuable and interesting course. Thank you so much, I learned so many things, all of which I can apply directly to my business coaching/teaching role. The main way in which I will use this training is to support businesses to recruit the right people, increase employee engagement and increase team productivity.
Employees are the building blocks of an organisation. Adding a sub-standard building block into an organisation can cause much damage:
* Unproductive drain on other resources (forced to pick up extra work and responsibilities).
* Bad influence on others (creeping rot of low morale).
* High cost to the company.
Evaluating the quality of a potential recruit can be very difficult, so people tend to rely on gut reaction which has an abysmal track record as it relies on superficial aspects of a candidate rather than what lies at the core.
Solutions:
* Less unqualified applicants.
* Better exploratory interviewing techniques.
Successful recruitment strategies can literally make or break a company, so it’s worth getting training on this. The cost is nothing compared to the cost of getting it wrong.
The key aspect that I learned is that it is perfectly possible to identify productive people after having received the training and with the invaluable ‘after theory’ consultation/coaching with Giuseppe @ Performia London. Putting into practice what I learned with my trainer has given me confidence to take the training principles and apply them immediately in the workplace.
Should someone read this short text who is considering doing the course, don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it. A new world awaits. There is no turning back once you have done the course. Gone will be tired, ineffective, costly and archaic strategies that you may be guilty of using. There is no shame about it; these antiquated methods are still being widely used to identify job candidates in the majority of workplaces. Be different and with the tools this course provides, take control for the benefit of both yourself professionally and the company you work for.
In summary,
The course I found to be: Excellent value for money and a great personal investment. As such I have signed up for an additional course.
The trainer I found to be:
Encouraging, informative, clear, concise, to-the-point, positively critical, knowledgeable, a positive communicator, sincere, precise, professional, funny, transparent, punctual and above all a genuinely likeable person.
Once again, thank you to the Performia team and special thanks to my coach.
Best Regards,
Paul Bland
Business Coach.
