Wow oh wow ! I could see the change of what a productive person can be and should be. The years of experience I had in hiring people, then finding they are either nothing, PTS or SP to the company was very scary.


I loved the four factors, this was so educational. I kept rewinding because of the type of contract I have signed to, this showed me key aspects of how companies had not employed individuals effectively in the past. What I have witnessed in the company that I am signed to at present is that they have showed no results, and it will cost them immensely.


The Outflow and Inflow session was even greater, this clearly shows why the individual applies for the job and those who seriously appreciate the interest of the job they have applied for. Whether its just for inflow or to outflow if treated right.


Where I am in this recent contract I have witnessed the mis-treatment of outflow individuals to the point that they are now so low in their morale, that you might as well put them out of their misery (I wouldn't actually do this but it is sad to see). I have taken actions with this un-ethical behavior within the company hoping that things will improve.


Love the BE-DO-HAVE structure. I was not aware of how far it can be presented in ways that can be so useful in my journey. Marten Runow was amazing. I look forward to continuing to apply this into my projects as I know this will definitely help.


The Productive check 1 - This was another amazing way to remove uninterested people from your path (time-wasters). I will be putting this into practice instead of using the old run down Interview Techniques yuk! :-) The Doer check 2 - Wow! how come I was not able to use this before? It would have saved so much time from going with the flow of things with previous companies.


The online drilling was fantastic, I was able to recognise my own hesitancy, doubts and how I can now handle them. Because of the environment I work in, I was allowed to just go with the flow, hence my doubtfulness. Now I realise why I was the way I was, because I did not have the data to apply the right formula for those to succeed.


My trainer Giuseppe was fantastic, a great trainer, patient, cool and funny. He guided me until I was able to find my way through which was great. The drills were challenging but worth it, I am so blessed that I have invested well, it was worth it. It's a shame more corporate or any other type of companies do not use the services of Performia more.


However I know for sure that it works and it's for all individuals to put it into practice. Because my job consist of interviews, I know I have the opportunity to use it at all times.


My next step is "The Ad Seminar" and I cant wait to use this service for my project.
