How to avoid the sudden leave of capable people?


Personnel audits results, often demonstrate a lack of communication within the group. If you have a special feeling from one's communication, simply show your interest. This never go wrong. Early detection of, for example, lack of motivation or what people hold in themselves and what is bothering them, can save a lot for an Organisation. Even preventing staff from leaving the company!


· if you feel or notice that communication has changed, talk about it

· when someone says their opinion, try to listen. Be interested about it, why this person sees it exactly this way

· try to regularly find a moment for your key people, they also need your attention


Communication is what creates better relationships. It also means better performance and greater "teamwork".


Ask yourself these questions:

- Do you communicate regularly with your staff?

- Do you know what their ambitions and plans are?

- Do you do with them annual reports? Are they formal or heartfelt?

- Who do you communicate with most often? With those who work hard?

- Can they tell you their feedback?
