I was approached by Giuseppe a month or so ago about using Performia's services to recruit people for my businesses.

I was interested as we needed good staff, but I was initially put off by the price and I also have a general dislike for "recruitment companies" you know the ones that make massive amounts of money "just for putting up a few ads" why not do it yourself!

Giuseppe then explained what he did (in a LOT of detail) and I somewhat hesitantly agreed for him to get us two sales staff, still having some attention on the price agreed.

Over the period of about a week Giuseppe talked to me and my managers on what made a good salesperson, a good staff member, what we liked, what we didn't like, he spoke to some of our sales staff too. He was very, very keen to find out, exactly what was wanted from us. 

To be honest, I was more of the viewpoint "just get someone good, stop asking me all this stuff" I have three businesses with over 100 staff and multiple commitments and felt like I never had the time to answer, as I was too busy dealing with different jobs and staff issues!

Anyway a week or two later from about 200 candidates, Giuseppe had selected two.

He stated that one of the guys was a "performer", he would be an excellent staff member, hit the ground running and wouldn’t cause any troubles and believe it or not that is exactly what happened, I was genuinely shocked by the precision Giuseppe predicted the chaps actions.  

The next chap he said, "he will need slightly more training than Aidan the first person, but when he gets it and understands he will be industrious and will just go! AND not give you any difficulty!" I'm paraphrasing as the report was very detailed, but again this is what happened.

Both have been a dream to train and work with.

As a result I asked Giuseppe to get me three more guys. These guys are operatives in a guttering maintenance company I have, I again had preconceived ideas. I had the thought because the role wasn't major or for an executive, that it would be a "waste of money to use a recruitment company" also because our staff turnover in this area is so high it would be water down the drain.

Giuseppe again came to the office to find what made the perfect operative, what were their traits and actions, he went into so much detail, he surveyed our top 8 guys to find out exactly what made them tick, he then tailor made the job ads for the job and again sifted through all the applicants, putting them through a battery of testing until, he again, whittled the hundreds of applicants down to three. All three are now working with us and doing really well.

The amount of time and money Performia have saved my businesses is huge, far more than what we've spent. I am completely converted. Giuseppe in particular is quite incredible, I'm genuinely overwhelmed by how precisely he can tell you about people and predict their actions; it's actually fascinating if I'm honest.

I can very confidently say that this was one of the best seminars I have ever watched and very quick and efficient training. The amount of information gained was tremendous.  
The drill with the supervisor was great. The videos gave me excellent first-hand experience of how to apply the knowledge gained.  


I believe that after completing the training, I can now apply it in the workplace and will help me with better evaluation of people and candidates. The questions are quite simple and easy to apply when drilled. 
Overall, incredibly happy and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to hire Performers or Doers for their business.  


I am now able to successfully write a Recruitment Ad that can attract the correct candidates for the position.  I have learned that not all positions fit one ad and that it needs to be tailored based on the job. I have also improved the content that the Ad contains.  

I learned the questions and methods that need to be asked when conducting an interview and how to recognise the Performers and Doers among the candidates. 
The knowledge gained does not only apply to new recruitment but also to evaluating and training existing staff.

I learned from this training that there is a very simple technology to finding and acquiring the right personnel which can save a ton of time wasting and problems! 


This Technology is actually very simple and just by observing, asking the right questions and listening, i know i can do this without a problem for the benefit of my company and also any recruitment i do in the future!
Performia is a very simple and direct training module that i found very easy to learn and apply. Giuseppe was a great coach and helped me to become confident very quickly.

I highly recommend you use Perfomia UK who have provided an incredible product after I used them for the evaluation and recruitment of a senior management role in my company. 


Prior to using Performia UK, I had used recruitment agencies on two occasions in the past and on both cases found they were very expensive and didn't get me the desired result, so I had sworn off them and I or we have since been recruiting ourselves or limited to who-you-know. 


While I had some good results through those methods early on, it became less successful as we grew, and we didn't really know why we weren't able to hire or retain the correct staff. On top of the fact, it is very expensive to hire and train staff who don't make it, it made it a lot more difficult to expand the business and losing staff can be very unpleasant. 

Performia UK, specifically Giuseppe came recommended to me by a friend who had used them a few times already and had some impressive stats to show from the experience. I was looking for a senior manager so didn't want to go through the "trial-and-error" approach. I was aware of my limitations in the analysis and recruitment of staff at this point so decided to contact Giuseppe to get him to get the role filled. 


The amount of information Giuseppe collected from myself and the business before he began advertising for the role was impressive, it wasn't just a description of the duties but was able to define everything about the job and what an ideal candidate would be for that role. 


Giuseppe kept me updated throughout the process while numerous candidates were vetted, interviewed, tested, etc. After several weeks a suitable candidate was found for the role and was passed to me for interview. After meeting her she was given a trial and then offered the job. 

She is now one of my most senior and reliable employees and she has all the right attributes for the job. 
There really is an exact science to recruitment, which Giuseppe and Performia UK have and have used very well.

Overall, I found this seminar as mind-changing.

Working in finance sphere and dealing with numbers on a daily basis, I did not realize how important recruitment is. I believed that hired employees can be taught to the place they have. Now, I believe that Performia way is the most optimal tool for hiring new people, evaluating existing and developing those who lack some skills. 


Now, all staff that is going to be hired will be not only tested but I will also give recommendations to 
those who successfully pass recruitment. 


Concept of productivity is breath-taking. In all places that I've worked at I sometimes participated in 
interview processes. Never had we asked questions about how productive person is, though this is the most necessary quality that we should seek.

The seminar made in these two days was very significant in terms of information.

 

What I have learned will be fundamental for the recruitment phase. I will be able to see with certainty what a person i want to hire can cause inside the company... if the production of the person is valid or not, and if the person is affected by other personality problems or not.

 

The information was delivered to me in a very clear and simple way by Giuseppe. He helped me with several examples and if I could not understand something,  he will immediately help me to understand.
