Performia is an International company that deals exclusively in recruitment and hiring and operates internationally across 30 countries. We educate business owners, executives and entrepreneurs in how to make hiring and recruitment, predictable and controlled. We help our clients to build more cooperative and bigger teams where each person contributes to increased profitability. We give to our clients the exact formula for how to attract, hire and on-board productive team members.
 
At Performia we use Performance Checking and Personality analysis as the main evaluation questionnaires, but also many other tests such as Leadership index, IQ and Aptitude, etc., in order to find the best candidates to help our clients hire only productive people, ones who will be assets to their business.
